History Fiat OSCA 1500/1600 Spider
The FIAT O.S.C.A. Spider was first presented as a 1500 version at the 1958 Turin Motor Show. The "S" version was launched a little later, now with front and rear disc brakes and a revised engine. The last stage of evolution was the 1600 S, which was only built between 1962 and 1963. The Maserati brothers , owners of the company O.S.C.A. (Officine Specializzate Construzione Automobili), developed this engine with genes from racing, which was built at FIAT. The additional features of this likeable and agile spider is the air scoop in the hood and disc brakes all around. The version offered here develops 90 hp, which, due to its low weight (typical for Maserati cars) ensures sensational driving values. This 1500/1600 Spider is probably an interim model, because the drive technology from the 1600 was installed.

This vehicle was imported from Italy by Scuderia Sportiva Colonia in 2015 and sold to a collector in Germany. Over the last few years, the interior and the soft top have been renewed by the Ballas saddlery. Technically, this car has been looked after by our workshop over the years. Technically and visually, the OSCA is in exceptionally good condition. A very manoeuvrable vehicle with a powerful Maserati engine, harmonious manual 4-speed gearbox, excellent chassis and a first-class brake system.
