A rare chance to buy one of 229 1700GTs left of the 1800 produced. Mechanics by Glas, gearbox by Getrag and body by Frua of Italy who also designed the Maserati Quattroporte and AC428. 1700 miles since mechanical restoration, the body being in exceptional rustfree condition having lived its life previously in the Nevada Desert,USA. Older paint, excellent chrome. 100bhp engine SOHC engine totally rebuilt by Glas Club expert Jurgen Bensch and with twin 40 DCOE Weber conversion. 123 electronic ignition system (http://www.123ignition-conversions.com/).  Converted to 12volt with Nippon Denso alternator.  Custom made stainless exhaust by Zero Exhausts (https://zeroexhausts.co.uk/).  Rebuilt suspension and track rods including new Konis. Brakes rebuilt and front calipers converted to stainless steel pistons. Much other work done.
