A remarkable purchase, especially in 1986. She did not choose the usual black or beige interior, but instead opted for a bold Rosso leather specification. A choice that perhaps makes the car even more interesting today than it was at the time. The Ferrari 328 was introduced in 1985 as the successor to the successful 308. Pininfarina retained the familiar lines, but refined the design with integrated bumpers and a more modern treatment of the rear. The characteristic pop-up headlights remained, as did the wide air intakes behind the doors and the low, elegant body. The result was one of the final evolutions of Ferrari’s classic V8 sports cars.
