Trade-in car. We are offering the opportunity to buy a 1928 Lasalle 4-passenger Convertible Coupé project. On first impressions the car appears to be complete. The V8 engine is part of the package, but as it has not run for many years it will require extensive servicing. The interior trim is more or less complete. For its age the upholstery is in good condition. The bodywork is neat but will need some attention. There are some areas of early corrosion, but fortunately not of a structural nature. This car stood on display at the Tupelo Automobile Museum for many years. The time has now come to return this static display to where it truly belongs, on the open road. This is a unique opportunity to acquire a very rare Lasalle. The ultimate car to drive towards the coming “Roaring Twenties” after proper restoration.
