Descrizione

One of the most beautiful coupes of its time! The body design came from Stabilimenti Farina (the older brother of PininFarina), manufactured by Facel-Métallon (mainly in aluminum) in very small quantities. The almost identical body design was also used for a Ferrari 166 INTER built by Farina in 1949 and delivered to Roberto Rosselini. This Facel Simca is in fact also the successor to the legendary Cisitalia 202. At the Monte Carlo Rally 1950, the coupes (factory-supported with the famous drivers Trintignant and Jean Behra) came fourth and fifth.The car has been restored to the smallest screw and is now in concour condition.
The restoration is documented with 3000 (!) Photos.
A Rush Super M engine with 70 HP is currently installed. The original engine is present.
