The Triumph TR7, launched in 1974, was a compact sports car known for its distinctive wedge-shaped design, which differed greatly from its predecessors. It was produced by British Leyland and featured a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that delivered fine performance. Production ended in 1981, and the TR7 is remembered as an interesting but controversial addition to Triumph history, with a short lifespan and varying popularity among car enthusiasts.

This original 1980 American-delivered Triumph TR7 is the ideal touring car. This TR7 arrived in Rotterdam by boat and was first registered on Dutch registration on 13 August 1997. Under the bonnet is a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
It drives great and shifts effortlessly, making every drive a real pleasure. The beautiful blue metallic paint, combined with the stylish brown interior which was newly put in in 1996. and the dark blue soft-top, makes this car a real eye-catcher.
The beige carpet and door panels add a touch of class. The black dashboard features an array of gauges, including temperature, time, revs, petrol, volts and speed
This TR7 comes with a tonneau cover, a spare wheel in the boot and a chrome trunk rack at the back. The pop-up headlights complete the picture. This car has been well maintained and comes with a complete package of documentation, including a counter report, various inspections, invoices from Triumph specialist Nico Baas and papers from the import from America.

This is your chance to get your hands on a piece of automotive history. Enjoy unforgettable rides in this timeless classic soon!
