A superbly kept example of the Porsche 911 Turbo (930 Turbo), one of the most celebrated sports cars of its era. Known for its wide arches, signature whale-tail, and thrilling turbocharged power, the 930 Turbo is the car that defined Porsche performance in the 1980s. This 1988 car has covered just 63,000 km from new, and is presented in exceptional overall condition.

Exterior: Finished in the rare Paint to Sample (PTS) colour “Granatrot”, this 911 Turbo looks fantastic, with a deep, rich red that really sets off its wide Turbo arches and iconic lines. The paintwork is in excellent condition overall, having been professionally refinished at some point with only minor signs of use today. All the panels fit beautifully, doors close with a reassuring thunk, and all trim pieces are in great shape. It rides on original 16-inch Fuchs wheels with brand new tyres, giving it a perfectly period-correct stance. 

Interior: Inside, this 930 Turbo is equally special. The burgundy leather interior is designed to match the exterior and features extra-thick buffalo leather covering the entire dashboard, door cards and seats, giving it a particularly rich, luxurious feel. It has the deeper, plush Turbo-spec carpets in matching burgundy. The cabin is packed with extra features: fully electric seats with heating, sunroof, and air conditioning, all in proper working order. For modern convenience, the stereo has been upgraded to a Blaupunkt unit with classic looks but modern Bluetooth and AUX connectivity. All speakers were recently replaced, delivering excellent audio quality without sacrificing originality. Overall, the interior is in very good condition and feels both inviting and special.

Engine and Mechanics: Under the iconic whale-tail sits the legendary 3.3-litre turbocharged flat-six, delivering 300 hp with that unmistakable 930 Turbo power delivery. It offers a wonderfully old-school driving experience, with pronounced turbo lag followed by a strong, addictive surge of power, truly part of the fun of driving one of these cars. The car recently received a major service at Porsche, during which all routine maintenance was completed, and every component was thoroughly checked. Anything worn or faulty was replaced with genuine Porsche parts. It starts easily, idles smoothly, and pulls strongly through the gears. The gearbox is tight and precise, and the steering, suspension, bushings, and brakes all feel solid and confidence-inspiring. An RUF exhaust system adds just the right amount of character to the exhaust note without being overwhelming.

History and Documentation: This 911 Turbo stands out for its exceptional documentation and provenance. Delivered new in Sweden via VAG in Gothenburg, its ownership history is fully documented, with detailed notes on what each owner did with the car and how many kilometres they covered. Nearly every service invoice is included, matching the stamps in the original service book. The car also comes with every MOT inspection paper from new, making its very low mileage of just 63,000 km completely verifiable. It’s sold with both original keys, all original books and manuals, a binder of supporting records, the original toolkit, spare wheel, air compressor, and jack stand.
