The Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante is one of those rare cars that was stunning when it first appeared and has only become more beautiful with time. This open grand tourer from the year 2000 is a prime example of Aston Martin’s renaissance, powered by a majestic 6.0-liter V12 engine. This particular example has covered just 41,000 kilometers and is clearly in exceptionally well-kept condition, both inside and out.

The bodywork is in excellent shape, with only minimal signs of use and a deep, consistent shine. The original alloy wheels give the car a confident, athletic stance. Inside, the DB7 doesn't disappoint either. The two-tone leather interior is refined and beautifully preserved. From the seats and dashboard to the carpeting, everything reflects a level of care that's seldom seen.

Designed by none other than Ian Callum—later responsible for icons like the Aston Martin Vanquish and Jaguar F-Type—the DB7 marked an important chapter in the brand’s modern history. It was also the first model from the new generation of Aston Martins to be built at the Gaydon factory. The Vantage version, as seen here, introduced the powerful twelve-cylinder engine, producing 420 horsepower and reaching a top speed of around 165 mph. With a 0 to 60 mph time of just 5.0 seconds, this elegant machine commands serious performance credentials.

From a technical standpoint, this DB7 is remarkably well-engineered. The engine is set far back in the chassis, while the transmission is positioned ahead of the rear axle. This results in a near-perfect 50/50 weight distribution, which enhances the car’s balance and dynamic handling. The DB7 Volante is not just a summer cruiser with the top down—it’s also a refined long-distance tourer with all the comfort and poise you’d expect from a grand tourer bearing the Aston Martin badge.

This example comes with the original owner’s manual and service documentation. In short, it’s a carefully maintained, beautifully original, and tastefully specified DB7 Vantage Volante. A rare opportunity for the enthusiast seeking a true V12 Aston Martin, timelessly elegant, quietly powerful, and undeniably special.
